On the Occassion of International Women’s day. Dr. Varsha Dahane, Founder of Dahane's Diet Clinic shared her success story and the hardships she faced

My Strong passion to create awareness about Obesity led me to start my diet and wellness clinic about six months ago near IIT Home, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. It was a Challenging job to start a women to shift my profession as a Dentist to Dietician and wellness expert. It was more challenging to start and expand my clinic from small town called Warud to a big city like Nagpur. It was Challenging as I started out with marketing with billboards and other types of media regarding the wellness Industry.But after all the hard work I am proud of myself after succeeding and finishing my work. I had overcome all the challenges very happily and will be expanding my health clinics all over Vidarbha very soon.

Dr.Varsha Ashish Dahane is Dentist and Dietician by Profession availed special training from world Famous Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar It was a Fantastic journey of 15 year as a practicing dietician and weightloss expert and metabolic trainer. I started my obesity clinic small town Warud, District Amravati. It was not easy for me to practice weightloss in such a small town where awareness about obesity was negligible about 10 years ago. She also started Her Weight Loss Clinic in Warud

I brought awareness about obesity and its treatment in my town by way of seminar, papers advertisements, billboards and special diet awareness workshops. Then people started getting awareness and benefits from my treatment.

I strongly believed home cooked food has got super power to deal with obesity. I allowed my patients to eat rice, ghee, bananas etc. which are considered as banned foods in the wellness treatment. I treated hundreds of obesity patients. Then they got benefited from my treatments. They got correction in their blood sugar, thyroid, HbA1c, cholesterol level and PCOS too. I am very thankful to Dr Dahane Sir and my daughter Arya (pursuing MBBS) for their big support and all my sisters who had really empowered me.
